Free, tracked delivery across mainland GB. Your sign arrives 7–10 working days after you approve your proof drawing, and you can check your postcode right here.

- Tracked, and free to every mainland-GB postcode, including the Highlands mainland and the Isle of Wight
- The clock starts when you approve your drawing, not when you order
- Weekends and UK bank holidays don’t count as working days

You order
Design it in the designer, or send us a logo. You pay when you order.

We draw it
Your proof drawing arrives within 12 hours: exact words, colours and size.

You approve
Approve by 14:00 on a working day and that day counts. Tweaks before you approve are free.

It arrives
7–10 working days after you approve, tracked, to your door.
Bank holidays we skip
These come straight from the same rules the designer and checkout use.
Where we deliver
Everywhere in mainland GB, and a few places not yet
Delivery is free to every mainland-GB postcode, and that includes the Highlands mainland and the Isle of Wight. We can’t deliver to a few island areas yet.
Outside the area? Tell us where it’s going. We’re working on it, and we’ll be straight with you about what’s possible.

Packed to travel, put right if it doesn’t
Your sign travels with everything it needs: the power supply with a UK plug, the fixings for the hanging method you chose and, if you added them, the dimmer and remote. It’s sent tracked, so you can follow it to your door.
Send us a photo of the sign and the box and we’ll repair or remake it at no cost to you. Tell us as soon as you can if it arrives damaged.
This doesn't affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
